Artist Statement: ‘In this piece I wanted to create a stylistic portrait to create more detail in a cartoonish character. I was able to use multiple mediums in this piece so I could have blending colors and a matte background. Along with that I was able to play with different colors that I wouldn’t normally use when creating a character piece.’
