Mother Nature

Artist Statement: I used Mother Nature to help represent ourselves and how our emotions affect our surroundings. My goal is to show emotion through more ways than facial expressions, which I think I did well with in making “Mother Nature” not the main focus and just a side detail. I tried a bit of new things, new brushes, I added flowers when I typically wouldn’t, sharp lines for lightning which I’m more used to round lines, I also typically try to avoid water, which is sort of important in this piece.
