Artist Statement: In October, I was experimenting with a telephoto lens and taking pictures of the moon from the hills north of Fairbanks when I noticed a helicopter crossing the horizon. I adjusted the camera to superimpose the moon and helicopter, and snapped a picture as the chopper passed in front of it.
