Hidden Nature

Artist Statement: These photos were taken in downtown, when I saw the tree casting its shadow in the plain white building of the federal building I knew I had to take a shot of it. The meaning of this photo though simple is deep, as we can see in alaska buildings, infustructure is everyday being made, we are losing the nature and its beauty that it is covered now by human made structures, but the shadow of the tree represents that no matter how much humans destroy nature, God’s word will forever live and his creation will forever be present.
