Fragments of Time

Artist Statement: This drawing is a color wheel with a hint of surrealism. I used a fine tipped marker to draw the line art and colored it with a mix of color pencils. For the design of this drawing, I decided to use my characters from a story that I myself am writing. They are purposely placed in their respective colors that relate to their part in the story. Each color represents an element. As for the border of the color wheel I went with a clock because time manipulation takes a big role in the story.
I’m really proud of this piece and I’m hoping that one day I can tell the story of these characters.As an artist I really love to create pieces that tell a story. Art is an extension of me where I’m free to express myself and my creativity. It has always been a big part of my life. And I’m so glad that I can share it with people!
