Artist Statement: For this shot, I had to sit on the beach with my camera and tripod for almost 3 hours. It was sunset, the light was running out and I was almost ready to go home, when I saw the ducks start to take off and fly toward me. I knew that this would be my best shot at getting a good photo of them facing me. I’m super happy with the results.
