City at Night

Artist Statement: This piece is a part of my portfolio which focuses on representing the many unique forms of light in both nature and the world. It is an acrylic rendition of a rainy night in the city, the bustle of urban life illuminating the raindrops that collect against an imaginary window. This piece was inspired by the rainy nights in Seattle that my childhood was filled with.
