Caribou

April 5, 2016 ASAA

DevonneS

Title of Art Piece: Caribou
Category: Painting – 2016
Student/Artist’s Name: Devonne Sam
School: Houston High School
Grade: 12th
Artist Statement: I decided to paint a caribou because I believe they are beautiful animals. I also like the way their fur is multiple shades of white, black, and brown. My main focus on the picture is the face, and I spent a lot of time on it. I layered the paint, and I believe that I did a great job.
Artwork Dimensions: 12 inches high X 12 inches wide
