Rhonda

The inspiration behind my piece is my grandmother’s house. My grandmother was a major part of my childhood. I always remember her having these fiery tulips in her house every spring. I represented this with the orange and bright yellow tulips on the teapot. Through creating this piece, I learned a lot about patience- painting every little detail with as much precision as possible. I love this piece and how it turned out. I hope that “Rhonda” inspires others to not be afraid of putting in the time to create something beautiful.
