Artist Statement: This was an entry to a t-shirt design contest for the Aleutian Arts Council. It is a silkscreen print. I chose to make the design bold bright colors to stand out against a dark background. My design was selected by the Arts Council for their 2012 t-shirts. I also printed the design on t-shirts for friends.
